Giles Smith is a founding partnerof Assemble where his work involves developing strategic design responsesto urban issues and building cultural infrastructure. Most recently thishas involved working on projects at a range of scales inVenice, Liverpool and London with clients including the University of theArts London and Goldsmiths. Giles was a juror at theArchitectural Association of Ireland awards in 2017, has taught andlectured internationally at venues including recently at the Tate Modernand Harvard University, and has taught design studios at theLondon School of Architecture and the University of Westminster.
